1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using CAERON CORE software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon valid activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CAERON CORE on a single device per activation code. The license is bound to your device via a cryptographic fingerprint.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
You may not share, transfer, or resell activation codes
You may not circumvent the licensing or device-binding mechanisms
You may not use the software for illegal purposes

4. Subscription Plans

Plans are billed monthly. Features and request limits are determined by your active plan (Personal, Pro, or Gateway). Plan changes take effect immediately.

CAERON CORE is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. CEI is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. The software is a security tool and does not guarantee complete protection against all threats.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
